This prevents the freezer from having to work excessively to keep food at the proper storage temperature.
The Kratos 68K-774 Commercial Two Door Reach-in Freezer includes two self-closing solid doors to compensate for those busy moments when the door may accidentally be left open. If the door is not closed properly, an open door alert will sound after three minutes. The commercial reach-in freezer has a condensate evaporator, eliminating the need for a floor drain connection, allowing you to run the freezer right out of the box. Standard 3" casters enable easy movement for cleaning around the unit, and automatic defrost keeps the cooler operating at peak condition.
